JM’S Publisher Desk iOS App – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Publisher Desk application for iPhone and iPad (“the app”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

 

1. What Publisher Desk Is

Publisher Desk is an independent tool that displays basic reports from your own Google AdSense, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4 accounts through Google’s official APIs.

It is not a Google product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Google LLC. AdSense, Search Console, Analytics, and all other trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners.

 

2. Requirements

  • A compatible iOS device and an Apple account.
  • A Google account with access to the products you want to view.
  • An internet connection to sign in and load reports.

You are responsible for having permission to access those accounts and for complying with Google’s policies, including the AdSense program policies and API terms.

 

3. Account and Access

Sign-in is handled through Google’s OAuth authentication. Publisher Desk does not receive or store your Google password. You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account or by signing out of the app.

Face ID or your device passcode only locks the app on your device. They do not replace Google’s authentication.

 

4. Nature of the Data

  • AdSense earnings are estimates and may differ from the final payment.
  • Search Console data is typically delayed by 1–2 days and does not return every query.
  • Analytics may sample results for properties with high traffic volumes.
  • This version uses the first available account or property for each service.

The app is provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of the data, uninterrupted service, or that Google’s APIs will remain available or unchanged.

 

5. Permitted Use

You may use the app to view your own reports.

You may not:

  • Use the app to access accounts belonging to others without authorization.
  • Attempt to extract, resell, or abusively automate access to Google’s data.
  • Impersonate Google or imply that the app is an official Google product.
  • Reverse engineer the app for unlawful purposes, attack the app, or circumvent API limits.

 

6. Intellectual Property

The code, name, and design of Publisher Desk belong to its developer. The data you access remains yours and Google’s, as applicable.

 

7. Availability and Changes

The service may be interrupted due to maintenance, changes made by Apple or Google, API quotas, or circumstances beyond our control. We may update the app or these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version is the version published at this URL.

 

8. Pricing

If the app is offered for free, there is no obligation to keep it free or to provide future features. Any purchase or subscription is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for lost revenue, business decisions, service interruptions, errors in Google’s APIs, or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, including EU consumer protection laws where applicable.

 

10. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by Spanish law, except where mandatory applicable law provides greater protection to the user. The courts of the developer’s domicile shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any jurisdictional rights that may apply to consumers.
